Content Marketing
Most brands can't say which piece of content produced which customer. The data exists, but it's scattered across tools that don't talk to each other. Here's how to put it back together.
Ask a brand which reel drove last month's revenue and you will usually get a shrug, or a number somebody assembled by hand over two days.
It is not incompetence. The funnel genuinely lives in five places. The content and its ad metrics sit with the platform. The automated replies sit with a messaging tool. The click lands on a page with its own analytics. Checkout happens somewhere else. Email lives somewhere else again. Each one reports confidently on its own slice, and none of them can tell you that this post produced that customer.
So the question that matters most is the one nobody can answer quickly.
Reporting is not the same as knowing
Most brands are not short of dashboards. They are short of answers.
A dashboard tells you what happened inside one tool. The question you actually have sits in the gaps between tools: did the money come from the reel, the story, or the email that went out the same morning? That gap is exactly where no dashboard looks.
The usual fix is to pay someone to stitch it together once a month. By the time that lands, the campaign it describes is over.
What we do
SlingKit is a marketing technology agency. We make the gaps go away.
We put the funnel in one place. Every touchpoint, from the first impression to the completed order, in a single place that can be queried as one story rather than five.
We make it fast enough to ask follow-up questions. Speed is not a vanity metric here. When an answer takes a day, you ask once a month. When it takes a second, you keep asking, and the second and third questions are usually the valuable ones.
We let you ask in plain language. Our work is built so you can put a question the way you would say it out loud and get the answer, rather than learning somebody's reporting tool or waiting on an analyst. No new dashboard to interpret.
We connect it to what happens next. Knowing someone looked at a product minutes after watching a video is only useful if something can act on it while it is still true.
What changes
Drop-off becomes visible. Everyone clicks the link in bio and almost nobody completes the form. Now you can see which step loses them, and for which campaign.
Attribution reaches the individual post. Not "social drove 30%", but which piece of content brought in the customers who actually paid.
Reporting stops being a project. The question is a sentence. The answer arrives while you are still thinking about it.
Follow-up gets context. Messages that reflect what someone actually did, sent while it still matters.
Why an agency and not a product
Every business is wired slightly differently. The plumbing is standard; the funnel never is. Somebody has to decide what counts as a conversion when two systems disagree, and that is judgement, not configuration.
So we build it around how your business actually works, and keep the parts that generalise. The reusable half grows over time and the bespoke half shrinks, but it never reaches zero, and pretending otherwise is how brands end up measuring the wrong thing very precisely.
